What classes are included on the platform?

Why is it so expensive?
With over 40 years of experience as educators on NEPA and environmental permitting, we have created training that will become invaluable to you and your agency or organization. This training requires large amounts of expertise and time to develop. Once you have participated in the platform, you will find that the training content that is available to you, will be well worth the price.
What is the benefit of a team account vs individual?
One of the consistent problems many federal agencies and organizations face is that subject matter expertise siloed within environmental programs is an obstacle.
Knowledge held by a group of specialists in a narrow field within your organization has little value in and of itself. Only when that knowledge is synthesized with the rest of the knowledge held within your organization or agency can you truly fulfill your mission.
When your entire agency or organization is participating in the skill building that takes place on the NEPA Tools platform you will have distributed knowledge throughout your organization and understand the timing, schedule, and requirements of the environmental review process.
What are the membership options?
NEPA Tools is available on a 1-month and 1-year basis only. If you have need for just a few trainings you can purchase a 1-month membership. If your needs are more demanding you can purchase the 1-year membership.
If you join the 1-month plan and decide to keep your membership, we will apply the membership fees to the 1-year price.

Is NEPA Tools an accredited institution? Do I receive anything after I complete a course?
NEPA Tools is not an accredited institution. We offer skills-based training.
Is there any way to preview the trainings?
We do not have any feature to allow you to preview our trainings.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
If you have technical difficulties accessing NEPA Tools content, we are happy to work with you on a refund.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
· A student has consumed or downloaded a significant portion of a training before the refund was requested.
· Multiple refunds have been requested by a student on the platform.
· Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our terms and services.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
