When lifetime access to NEPA Tools is purchased, it is intended for use by a single individual. Each purchase grants one person access to the platform.
If an organization purchases lifetime access for an employee and that employee later moves jobs, changes positions out of a NEPA-related role, or retires, the organization may transfer the access to another employee. To initiate a transfer, the organization must provide proof of the employee’s change in status, such as a letter from HR or an official notice. Please contact our support team to initiate the transfer.
For individuals who purchase lifetime access themselves, the access remains with that individual regardless of their employment status.
Note: Access is not intended to be shared across multiple employees or within a department. Each user must have their own purchased seat.
